The entire stock of vehicles on display is being offered for sale, including, amongst others, 25 cars, SUVs and pick-ups manufactured by Audi, VW, BMW, Porsche, Mercedes-Benz and Ford, 1 car transporter manufactured by Mercedes-Benz and 1 van manufactured by Mercedes-Benz.
Please note that for vehicles offered ‘subject to reservation’ in the online auction, we can only confirm the sale once we have received the creditor’s approval. This may require notification of the intention to sell in accordance with Section 168 et seq. of the Insolvency Code! This process may take approximately two weeks after the sale has been confirmed.
If we receive the creditor’s consent to the sale, the invoice will be issued to the highest bidder
only once we have received the vehicle documents from the creditor.
